Rotenso Windmi WIM160X3 R14 Heat Pump Monoblock 16kW 3PH Outdoor unit


The Rotenso WINDMI WIM160X3 is a monobloc, three-phase heat pump with a heating capacity of 16.0 kW (A7/W35).
It is a highly efficient unit with high energy efficiency class A+++ (for 35° flow temperature) and A++ (for 55° flow temperature), having an SCOP of 4.78 (for 35°C flow temperature).

Outlet water temperature in heating mode is available from 20°C to 62°C and in DHW mode from 40°C to 62°C.
It is ideal for heating systems with radiators, as it maintains a high outlet heating water temperature even at very low temperatures. Down to an outside temperature of -14°C, the heat pump is capable of generating heating water at temperatures as high as 59°C.
Generally, the pump is prepared to operate in extreme weather conditions, down to an outside temperature of -25°C.

To ensure trouble-free operation at temperatures below 0°C, the pump is equipped with a drip tray heater, the operation of which prevents the condensate from freezing and the external unit from frosting, thus preventing possible damage to the heat pump fan and heat exchanger. The second important element of the pump's equipment is the compressor crankcase heater which, at temperatures below 0°, heats the compressor oil and prepares the unit for trouble-free start-up in adverse weather conditions. This technical solution guarantees trouble-free operation and extends the life of the compressor - the heart of the heat pump.

The Rotenso Windmi WIM160X3 heat pump is equipped with a 9 kW modulating booster heater (3 kW +3 kW + 3 kW). In emergency situations or at very low temperatures, it is advisable for the heat pump to make use of booster heaters for the preparation of domestic hot water for economic operation of the heat pump. It is worth knowing that the use of heaters positively influences the durability and reliability of the heat pump.

The Rotenso Windmi heat pump is a device easy to install, maintain and operate. The two-door design of the pump housing provides easy access to all its components. The use of a modern fan design, a two-rotary DC compressor and the optimisation of the piping have significantly influenced the quiet operation of the pump.

The Rotenso Windmi pump can be controlled from a mobile app as well as from a modern wired controller.
