Backup power supply module for Huawei M1 series three-phase inverters

The Backup Box B1 is designed for use in rooftop photovoltaic installation systems. It is used to control the mains and independent operation of a Huawei M1 series three-phase inverter. In the event of a grid failure (power interruption), the inverter automatically switches to independent operation, providing power to equipment not connected to the grid. Once the grid failure is repaired, the inverter returns to normal operation. The Backup Box B1 supports various network layouts, including TN-S, TN-C-S and TT.

If the Backup Box B1 is installed outdoors, avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Installation in a sheltered location or the use of a cover is recommended. A surge protector SPD is required on the mains circuit of the Backup Box B1.
