RKSG/PV UV PVC flexible corrugated tube is a specialised product designed for the protection and routing of insulated cables and wires in outdoor photovoltaic installations. This product is used in installations with a higher fire risk, such as wooden and other flammable structures.

Product features:

• Design: With pilot, making it easy to pull the cables through.
• Material: UV modified PVC for UV resistance and self-extinguishing properties.
• Reaction to fire: Class B-s2, d0, which means limited smoke release and no flaming droplets.
• Colour: Black, which helps to reduce heat absorption and blends aesthetically with outdoor installations.
• UV resistance: Guaranteed for 7 years from date of manufacture in moderate climates.
• Compression resistance: 750N, which provides protection against mechanical damage.

Chemical resistance: At room temperature, the pipe is resistant to:

• Alcohols
• Aromatic-free petrol
• Glycol
• Hydrochloric acid (100% at 60°C)
• Nitric acid (10% at 60°C)
• Sulphuric acid (96% at 20°C)
• Gas oil (at 20°C)
• Hydrogen sulphide (at 60°C)

• Temperature range of use: -25°C to +60°C, making this product suitable for various climatic conditions.
